What's going on everyone! After last nights close call I decided to get a head start on the gaming evening. Turns out we played a cool game called Shafausa or as I like to call it "Shafa - USA"..lol.
Shafausa is a Fantasy themed resource management and collection game. It can be a bit intimidating when you play the first time around but trust me, it's worth a second chance if you get frustrated and end up boxing it up early like we originally did a week or so ago.
Tonight we had some time to ourselves as our daughter spent the night with her friend. So that meant we could try the game with no distractions until we got it.
Turns out, if you play the "Family" version first, it's like a training mode. Easy to pick up and fast paced. Now we can try the harder "Geek" side some other time and play the game with ALL the features it was meant to have!
The game was close... At one point I thought we may have a tie. But that dream jumped right out the window and she won 43 - 36 respectively.
